So, Al is bringing his own band (not sure who's in it) to Chicago's Aquapalooza. Dinghy mooring available.

That does look impractical for non-boaters. They allow rafts, but you have to tie yourself to a bigger boat. Unless you know the boaters, and  you're willing to navigate a rowed vehicle around a bunch of possibly drunk power boaters, it doesn't seem do-able.

I'd have to find a boat. Grin  Watch, I'll get a boat, a great spot to watch, and they'll probably have severe thunderstorms or the boat will sink.
