BTW, I'd consider Traditional Asian Music or Eastern European music to be the most boring

I like Isan music.  My mother used to play it repeatedly on the tape deck, it reminds me of my childhood.  I'm half Isan.

On the other hand, my father was a HUGE blues fan.  And older country.

It probably says a lot that my choice of music to play in front of my kids is Beach Boys and Weird Al.
