Lost Double Tracking
«

I know this was kind of discussed before a little bit but, I'm still curious on how did the 2012 remasters of You Still Believe In Me and She Knows Me Too Well have the Double Tracked Vocals? Was this an Isolation or did Mark Linett discover the missing tapes?
Thanks.

I believe [at least in the case of She Knows], that Linnett used faux double tracking to simulate the effect. it is nowhere near as pronounced as it is on the mono mixes.
