1} Why was Nick let go from C50 tour and what was his last gig.?..2} Tim keyboard player from M+B left the tour as their road manager..Any reason why.? THX

Nick wasn't "let go", he became seriously ill. And Tim Bonhomme didn't "leave the tour" -- he was still road manager as of the last show.
