Oh my god those are awful...

Rock and Roll did not rescue these guys by the look of that video. If I saw those guys in the flesh telling me so, I'd start listening to jazz.

I do like Mike singing 'IMMA GONE LOSE MY INHIBITIONS AS I MOVE CROSS THE STAGE' standing steady as a rock, nice one.

What the f*** is this song - don't think I've heard it before tbh.

Dude, Al saying 'we're going to be in New York tonight' makes you wonder just how terrible they could be after a 4 hour flight.

God, The Beach Boys in the 80's are such a fucking kitsch monstrosity. Poor Al and his cold, but LOOK AT THE STATE OF THEM.

Also, I think the sheer act of rewriting Lady Lynda was a dick move, tbh. Shame on ye, Al. You're better than that.

All roads lead to Kokomo. Exhaustive research in time travel has conclusively proven that there is no alternate universe WITHOUT Kokomo. It would've happened regardless.
What is this "life" thing you speak of ?

Carl's sole line saves that performance. Pity that the camera wasn't focused on him when he sang it  Sad

That is hard to watch as well.  Brian looks zombified.

I love "Rock'n'Roll to the rescue". Brian's studio vocal is one of his best in later years.

a diseased bunch of mo'fos if there ever was one… their beauty is so awesome that listening to them at their best is like being in some vast dream cathedral decorated with a thousand gleaming American pop culture icons.

PRO SHOT BEACH BOYS CONCERTS - LIST

To sum it up, they blew it, they blew it consistently, they continue to blow it, it is tragic and this pathological problem caused The Beach Boys' greatest music to be so underrated by the general public.

That goes all over the place in the chorus!

The original music video is also the best beach boys video to ever grace the internet, though Summer Of Love is very close

Man, the current M&B show is like Pet Sounds on steroids compared to this crap, and this was when Carl was alive and Al was there.
