Since we know that at least a few of the songs are from the Grand Prairie show (and others are probably from early shows), I think it's a bit off that Nick isn't credited at all in the CD booklet when even the carpenters on the tour are.

Still, at least we now know that Scott Bennett's middle name is Montgomery...

They also only credit Probyn with guitar and vocals, not mentioning the horns and tannerin, don't credit Mike D'Amico with his drumming, and don't credit Jeff for his mandolin playing.

EDIT: Also no credit to Scott T for his ukulele, or Paul M for harmonica.
