The triumph of The Hickey Script !

Been analysing the known shows of 1962 and, unsurprisingly there's a pattern even a Blooie could discern, viz. the vast number of the shows were on a weekend (Friday/Saturday/Sunday), school holidays excepted. Interestingly - well, to me anyway - all the twelve known Pandora's Box appearences (8/26 - 11/11) were on a Sunday which, given the number of sets they reportedly played, would have resulted in some muzzy heads at school/college on Monday.

i know this isn't important but sometime over the years i remember reading about this in some publication. even discussed why. it has been so long ago i just don't remember what it was printed in or much other details. funny about those brain cells and time and a few beers over those years...  Smiley

Instead of spending your tiime analyzing, you should take a sabbatical and go door to door in CA trying to find where they played on ( at a minimum) all the Friday/Saturday/ Sundays we don't have yet!
But did they even bother going to school on Monday? and if they did it would only have been Dennis Carl and Dave, right? and most likely NOT Dennis ( Mike and Brian weren't in college then, were they? ) was Mike ever in coillege?

You're right, just Carl, Dennis & David. Brian had dropped out and Mike never went to college.

Yes, Dennis would have been gone from high school one way or another, presumably the other, by summer of 1962.
