Forever was a single, it went nowhere.

Actually, as far as being serviced to radio stations, Forever was not a single.  It was released as the B side to Cool, Cool Water, and the promo copies sent to radio stations for airplay had Cool, Cool Water Stereo on one side, and Cool, Cool Water Mono on the other.
