I think I hear what he's talking about - the beginning 'doo doo doo' part. But that is a huuuuuge stretch.

You mean the bit that's ripped off from Louie, Louie? I don't even hear a resemblance to that, to be honest.

Sorry, I don't hear any resemblance at all. Even after 3 brewskis.

I, I love the colorful clothes she wears, and she's already working on my brain. I only looked in her eyes, but I picked up something I just can't explain. I, I bet I know what she’s like, and I can feel how right she’d be for me. It’s weird how she comes in so strong, and I wonder what she’s picking up from me. I hope it’s good, good, good, good vibrations, yeah!!

OK, so I'm the judge - I sentence you to be taken from here to a place of execution and there be hanged by the neck until you are dead for having cloth ears.
Not the

resemblance. next you'll be telling us that "Surfin' USA" sounds like "Sweet Little Sixteen". Well, really...

"Earthbound" is an absolute stunning video game, still one of the best RPGs ever in my opinion.
I always thought that music sounded familiar too
