Don't call them "oldies," I kind of like that. Wonder who the chewing tobacco is for?

 Cheesy

Wonderful stuff! Well, the tobacco I would instinctively place with Marks, as the only one of the core band, but perhaps it's more a personal favourite of one or more of the band guys in the back.

I must confess that I am way more intested in the masseuse... 'at all times', no less... I see a new Gaines-type book on the horizon, with lots of juice and sauce... it's such a vital group still... in twenty years time, they'll reunite again, I am sure, with these new data made public.

At first glance, it does not appear to be more than venue-specific.  It (massage) probably keeps Brian ambulatory with his back probems, after long periods of immobility on either buses or public transportation.  It is a medication-free and positive quasi-medical alternative. Naturopathic medicine.  And, he appears to be more mobile.  People use it as a viable alternative to surgery.  Doesn't make conventional medicine too happy.  Oh, well.

Working bathroom facilities or porta potties?  Easy choice. And might have to be spelled out, in geographic areas where "working" water closets are not the societal norm.   Wink

And, "oldies" - that is just poor word choice. When school kids populate the seats, and can read, think they want to be associated with seeing "oldies" musicians. Yikes!

PRO SHOT BEACH BOYS CONCERTS - LIST

To sum it up, they blew it, they blew it consistently, they continue to blow it, it is tragic and this pathological problem caused The Beach Boys' greatest music to be so underrated by the general public.

"The 1960s surf-rock vocal group..." holy f*** when will people learn. I hate the public's idea of this band which isso much more. The Beatles are not the moptops anymore or the cavern club players, and pink floyd is no longer phsychedelic!

Old tour riders...still interesting. The green lighter thing is definitely from this year, there's a link in previous thread about it. So who knows if anything else might be? What I want to know is how do these people get this kind of info?!

The article also refers to three original Beach Boys, discounting Dave yet again. Surprised Jon hasn't jumped down the throat of that one yet…

And what's with the lack of Pacificos on that list? Sounds likes fake to me…!

Some of those riders are ancient. The green lighters request has to be from the 1970s.

Nah, the same page refers to MICROWAVE POPCORN. I'd say early nineties, maybe late eighties.

Reading the requirements/requests/riders from the sixties/seventies would be really cool!
Anyone got them?
