Good one, Les. I still read the Chron, but on-line now, and missed this.  Thanks.

I knew it would happen if I put enough pressure on the guys. So I put pressure on the guys. They came around.

Al to the rescue!!!  Grin

was it really necessary for them to include John Stamos in the list of touring band members??!!!

pretty much another void throwaway interview. "Haven't toured together since 1967..." makes no sense. Perhaps so allure people that they havent been at it since Smile (which is now becoming rather more famous to the mainstream)Huh

Well, that was a pretty simple and fast interview.

Ah, so AL is the one who spearheaded the reunion.

Can't wait to read upcoming Bruce, David, and Mike interviews detailing how THEY spearheaded it!

Doesn't matter. As long as somebody did.

Sounds like dry humor that will probably get cited for years.

"Oh yeah, Al Jardine was the source of a lot of pressure. I read it in the Chronicle."

It must be brutal being under the vice-like grip of Jardine, Inc. pressure. Like a folksy crime family.

JARDINE: "'Cos things break, don't they?"

LOVE: "Break?"

NHC,

Thanks!  I remember those Candlestick shows in the early 80's. I went to every single one of those windy shows and they didn't even try to play Let The Wind Blow!

The SF Chronicle interview wasn't deep enough for the readers of this board but at least there was article to promote this Friday evening show in Berkeley.  It just kills me to read stuff that is not true and for members of the band not to promote their new material better.

I'll be in Berkeley with the other 9,000 other fans at the Greek Theater!
