Tickets are currently being sold for a concert by Van with the Britten Sinfonia and guests at the Barbican on Friday 23 June. The concert ties in with re-releases of his first three albums.

arrghghhghhhh, can't afford to buy tickets atm and I just missed Spiritualized last night and felt glum, and o look, another great show I won't be able to see. Also, whilst rooting about there, Gavin Bryars is doing The Sinking Of The Titanic. Curse you, rent and food!

For those more fortunate than me, get your tickets yonder!  Grin

Ugh I really wanna go but I hate going to gigs in London on my own, but still one of my biggest regrets was not seeing the man in London last year and here's my chance to rectify this.

As someone who saw that show, do it. You won't regret it.

I might just have to, but my love/hate relationship with London almost always stops me going to see artists I like who play there.
