I liked it a lot!  I started an acoustic version of this a few years ago but never got around to finishing it...DWB is one of those songs that sounds great no matter how you do it.  Awesome job!

I love the intro, like the sound is floating in from some other unknown place. I miss the harmony terribly ...I would love love to overdub some harmony and maybe a bass and lead guitar ..that's all it needs ...nice demo...
