Be With Me - Best one-second intro ever, the drum beats before Denny's vocal (and the rest of the amazing track kick in)
Hushabye
The Warmth of The Sun

God Only Knows

Favorite intro-     Good Vibrations-   The organ with its weird effect together with Carl's singing is intoxicating.
Favorite outro-    In The Back Of My Mind-   The descending chord progression at the end is a masterpiece in itself.

Surprised I haven't seen this mentioned yet but I love the intro to I Get Around. One note, another note with Mike, the boys come in, falsetto wails over the top and the song's kicked off-all in under 7 seconds.
Most of my favourites have been mentioned, although I do like the beginning to She Knows me Too Well

In terms of outros, the Sessions boxset of GOK floors me everytime with the additonal vocals and IJWMFTT.

And of course All I Want To Do!

The intro to "The Little Girl I Once Knew" makes me think of Pokemon (the game, not the show, dumbass). I enjoy it. In 1965, Brian visualized a portable game in which you collected monsters and trained them to battle against one another in the late 90s and wrote a partial soundtrack for it. Ahead of his time, indeed.
