I know its probably not the same house, but this looks so much like the pictures of Brian playing his piano in the house on Laurel Way. Even has the same sort of shutters in the background

Funnily enough the picture doesn't show up there either! If you download it, though, I'd say as a layman that that's not the same house....

The ceiling heights give it away. Different houses.

I don't see any ceiling height differences; heck the Jimmy Webb picture doesn't even show where the ceiling hits.
Still, I think it's Jimmy sitting at Brian's piano, in Brian's house, working out the final arrangements to Wichita Lineman, Galveston, By The Time I Get To Phoenix, MacArthur Park....

I'm going by the chandeliers and the shutters. If Brian's chandelier was hung in Jimmy's house, it wouldn't smack you in the face like it would in Brian's.

We have similar problems with the chandeliers in Manning Mansions, so we wrap them in bundles of Ł50 notes so no-one gets hurt.

Yeah, sure; I don't see a chandelier in the Jimmy pic, cause it's a completely different angle.
It's Jimmy at Brian's house.

Now why the hell would Jimmy Webb just pop round Brian Wilsons house for a photoshoot?

A lot of folks here would, based on the things they've done and posted about.

Behind Brian is a dining room table, behind Jimmy is a bunch of Fender amplifiers and a bass.  Did Brian replace his dinner table with Fender amps at some point?

WAIT, so people actually are arguing that Jimmy Webb is in Brian's house in this picture? Just because of the camera angle and some similar period furnishings? HAS IT REALLY COME TO THIS?!

Ok Ok, Jimmy had his picture taken in "Brian's House" after Brian moved out. New owner, different piano, same house.
