Does anyone have info about this Smile vinyl bootleg?

So I picked this up at a local record store about a month ago. I've tried searching for more info online (and here) but I can't seem to find any details about when this was released, who released it, etc.

My copy looks just like the one pictured in Discogs. Does anyone know anything about this bootleg?

Thanks for the info, JK! This helps clear things up. I thought the track selection was rather odd, but knowing that it's part of a 2 LP set makes more sense. Now I'm wishing I had the second LP of this release!

I have this but the cover is not the "back cover" and a plain white cover on the back as the poster has linked to but this cover:
