Endless Harmony DVD

I noticed while watching "Endless Harmony" that there appears to be professional shot footage of an outdoor concert, probably sometime in late 72 or 73. The band's performing "Sail On Sailor". Does anyone know exactly when and where this concert took place and if the entire concert was filmed?

Perhaps it was filmed by Ed Roach and he could provide some details.

I believe some of that type of footage in the film may have been shot by Billy Hinsche, and it was more a case of high quality silent home movies than "pro-shot" footage. They just synched it up to extant live audio (e.g. the "In Concert" album, etc.). I know they did that with the circa '72 "God Only Knows" footage, and I believe they may have done the same with the "Sail on Sailor" footage.
Please of course feel free to correct me.

According to the Alan Boyd interview in the September 1998 edition of ESQ, the '72 "God Only Knows" footage hails from Ed Roach and may have been shot by Ricci Martin.

Ed told me that footage was shot at Santa Barbara in the fall of 1973 to promote the concert album. But I have never found an ad for a fall show in Santa Barbara so I dont know the date. They played there in February 1973 but that was a indoor university show

Where can I find this God Only Knows footage? I don't think I've ever seen it.
