Wanted to make sure that I gave everyone plenty of time to make arrangements to make it to the Fourth Annual CWF Scramble Against Cancer. This year's event will take place at the same location, Yarrow Golf & Conference Center in Augusta, Michigan (www.yarrowgolf.com) on Saturday, August 2nd at 9:00 am.

This year, we will be giving away T-shirts and another CWF surprise in the goody bags while we'll be selling a slightly different version of the golf shirts. The t-shirts will have the silhouette logo screen printed on the front along with the date and venue - just like the golf shirts have in years past, with another surprise logo on the back. The golf shirts for purchase will have the script logo embroidered on the front left with the Yarrow Golf & Conference Center logo embroidered on the right sleeve (examples of both CWF logos attached). Your choice of colors for the golf shirts will be pretty extensive with a choice of embroidery thread of either navy or white. If pre-ordered, the golf shirts will be $25 and will be there waiting for you the day of the event. If ordered at the event, the price is $40 to include the price increase for small orders and shipping/handling to mail the shirt to you. All golf shirt orders need to be in no later than July 15th in order to receive your shirt the day of the event.

The pricing for this year is very similar to last year:

Golf package = $125 per person
Lunch & Dinner with shirt = $75 per person
Lunch & Dinner without shirt = $50 per person
Dinner only with shirt = $50 per person
Dinner only without shirt = $35
Additional T-shirts will be sold for $15 at the event and $25 over the internet - please advise in advance if you would like to purchase additional t-shirts as well as the sizes you will require.

With regards to accommodations, please contact me as soon as possible if you think you will need lodging for the event. Currently there are only 25 rooms blocked off so it will be on a first come - first serve basis. Also, please indicate if you need smoking or non-smoking accommodations. I will make the arrangements for lodging so there will be no need to contact the facility directly.
