It was out of print since the sixties.

This is interesting.  When you said "The Catalinas" and that Bruce was involved, I thought you were talking about the beach music band from the Carolinas (I live in Charlotte).  They had a decent hit called "Summertime's calling me", I was just talking to somebody the other day about them.  Completely different band though!   Same name.
