I cannot overstate how much I love this recording and the man behind it. I never tire of it, and I'm being completely sincere.

I remember back in the day when instead of cluttering up a thread with PM requests people actually just PMed the people that were talking about it. take the first step, be proactive.

and I guess the mods don't care about people openly trading/sharing/requesting/etc anymore, so I'll tell you what: I have this track, and I'll send it to the first 7 people who PM me an email address. I think it's really overrated though.

EDIT: alright, I sent it to 7 people.

Yeah, well, consider chewing on tin foil.

Please, tell me what the big deal is. It's a generic rock and roll blues progression and every so often he says "mo'fos". I guess it was pretty shocking when I first heard it, being used to Pet Sounds and California Girls and stuff but as a hardcore Beach Boys fan this sort of thing lost its appeal to me awhile ago.

I thought the part you were kidding about was me chewing on tin foil.

Now that I think about it, if this had actually been released I might like it a little better just because of the fact that they actually had the balls to release it. but, like, Brian swearing on a bootleg, so what?

It feels like full-on, unbridled and unrefined late 70s Brian in a way that no other recording that we've heard really has. That's one of the things I like about it, I suppose. Still, it's probably not for everyone.

Also, yes, I was kidding about the tin foil thing Smiley but the post before it, I was sincere about.

This song is the soundtrack to Brian's late 1970s craziness. The Brian of today would freak out if he listened to this with all the bad memories this would remind him of.

We actually do but if we were to try and enforce that policy we'd be accused of being too rough on you poor, unfortunate souls. But at the same time, we can't tell members what to do off of the forum. What you do in PMs is your own business. I don't care if you trade porn in your PMs. As long as it's off the board, there's nothing that can be done. However, all of this "Please Make my day" bullshit just opens you guys up for personal scrutiny by interested parties.

Ug, after exhausting all my other outlets, I guess I'll have to think up a pun...

Please Brian, Make sure the tape isn't running when you go on your coke-fueled rampages.

Not too bad...

I would buy the f*ck out of a 50th anniversary 7" single "Rollin' Up To Heaven" b/w "Teardrops On My Bed" because both of those songs own. Delete The Beach Boys' entire post-1977 catalogue and issue that in its place!

Speaking of Rolling Up To Heaven, is it "f*ck her! big tits!", or "f*ck her big tits"? I've always wondered about that.  LOL
