Because a lot of these get lost on the Youtube thread, here should be a nice place to compile youtubes, spotify links, and whatnot.
Starting with this adorably drunk one from the late Alex Chilton....
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f0li-Q2uiZw
Who of course also did 'I Wanna Pick You Up'....
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E-ozrPuM2Xs&feature=channel
And a recent live cover of 'Wouldn't It Be Nice'

All roads lead to Kokomo. Exhaustive research in time travel has conclusively proven that there is no alternate universe WITHOUT Kokomo. It would've happened regardless.

Anyone remember the name of the original "Fairytale" that was produced by David (?) Foster, who also gets a co-credit on GIOMH ? Is it on youtube?

"Is There A Chance" (David Foster, Brian Wilson, Linda Thompson Jenner), from Foster´s CD "River Of Love" (1990).

Did you catch that comment?
Great arrangement. Saw Jack last night. When he did this song he said Bruce Johnston wrote the arrangement. Good stuff.

Found this thanks to the "Bruce Johnston Story"-thread in the main section. Pat Boone doing "Little Honda". Not bad. So bruce must've been part in some way of this.

Probably where Bruce really got his $$, raking in the royalties from the 2-3 million copies Pat sold.

This had me doing a Wikipedia search for Pat Boone, and I was quite astonished to see that he'd starred in a 1967 movie called "The Penis of Pauline". However, as I moved closer to the screen I saw that it said "Perils", not "Penis".

Yes. Terry Melcher produced "Little Honda" and him and Bruce also sang on both of these songs.

I like the key change in Little Honda, or should I say the higher energy the entry to the third verse gets because of it. The BBs version doesn't need it, but here it's a welcome change.
