Yeah... Meatloaf says it's only "sort of" true. Coulda been Manson... coulda been one of the family. But Meat says he recognised Charlie's face when it was on the news. Dennis wasn't home... but I'm picturing a weird scene with Meatloaf jamming with Dennis and Charlie. Meatloaf taking leed vocals for "Cease to Exist". Whack!

The house Dennis was living at then - the old Will Rogers place at 14400 Sunset Blvd. - wasn't "up in the hills".
