Hadn't ocurred to me but you're right, it was 40 years ago yesterday that the 1st session for Good Vibrations was held at Goldstar, and from that session came the verses for the finished track. I was actually working on all the GV session yesterday making safety copies , and it never crossed my mind.

BTW the session reportedly started very late in the evening and likely ran past midnight (just like the session for God Only Knows), so you could argue that the anniversary is the 18th and the 19th......
