I believe this is it! Thank you so much!

You're welcome. Actually it was posted by scooby1970 (an occasional poster here) on the now defunct Capitol BB MB. Luckily I transferred it to "my" MB before the Cap Board was permanently closed down.

Does anyone have a picture of an old newspaper interview with the boys from I believe 1964-1965ish?

It was like a question and answer game. They asked the Boys' height, weight, preference when it comes to girls, etc.?

I found it online once and stupidly didn't save it.
I also have these saved to my computer- can't remember where I found the pictures. It might have been listed on ebay, or something.

Also, thanks john k for that post! Fun and interesting read Smiley

Excluding random news braodcasts of local shows, what was the last beach boys appearance on television with Dennis?

The reason I ask is because in the beach boys In Concert book, it states that a few shows at the "National Cattle Congress"  on September 24th 1983 had to be rescheduled so the group would be free to tape a tv appearance. Since Dennis's last ever concert performance was literally a few days later, I doubt very much that he would have been part of whatever tv appearance they taped, but I thought i'd ask anyway.

Prior to 9/26/83, Dennis' last appearance with the band was in Pasa Robles at the California Mid-State Fair, 8/7/83.

Any idea what the tv appearance was?

I had read from people on here that Feel Flows was never performed live.  However, I'm currently listening to it live from 1976.  Just thought I'd mention it if you were one of those people.

Feel Flows was still getting performed in the late '70s.

How many Lei'd In Hawaii Wally Heider session recordings do we have in full? Wikipedia lists "Sloop John B" and "Good Vibrations,"  but I'm unable to find anything about those recordings elsewhere.

It's worth noting, for those whose primary focus is the pre-1998 Carl-era touring band, that only the post-Al/Carl touring Beach Boys have performed "'Til I Die." Brian has done it solo (and perhaps with Al a few times), and Mike's touring band have done it. Some of the SU album tracks were only performed in the early 70's. "Surf's Up" was last performed in 1975 I believe (and hadn't been performed much if at all between 1972 and 75). "Feel Flows" did last into the late 70's, resurfacing around 1976 or 77. The band also pretty randomly added "Lookin' at Tomorrow" into the setlist for some shows in 1983 (and then Al sporadically did it solo). "Take a Load off Your Feet" resurfaced in 1975, and then again on the 1993 GV boxed set tour. Bruce of course randomly did renditions (sometimes solo) of "Disney Girls" in the 80's and 90's.

I went to several BB concerts in the '70s where "Feel Flows" was performed.

Someone in the POB Album Discussion Thread (can't think of the username, my apologies) claims that Dennis revealed in interviews that he only listened to his own music. Can anyone confirm/deny this? If it's true, I think that's pretty cool and that's probably why his music is so pure and unique.

P.S. This is my favorite thread on the board. Gained so much BB knowledge from this thread alone. Big thanks to everyone who posts this great info in here.

Do we have or know of any recorded video or audio of the BB in concert with Brian in the 90's?

There's audio of an April 1995 BB gig in Las Vegas with Brian floating around.  No others are coming to mind at the moment...

Edit:  Also, the gig(s) he attended relating to Stars & Stripes in 1996, Little Deuce Coupe on Letterman and the miscellaneous performances of "Fun, Fun, Fun" with Status Quo (not concerts, I know), and I want to say he might of been at Farm Aid with them at some point in the 90's but I'm probably wrong on that.

Anyone know where this clip of Brian and Carol Kaye playing "Good Vibrations" comes from?  Brian sounds great here.
