Has there been any news about Capitol releasing a Beach Boys US Singles Collection / The Capitol Years 1965-1970 box set?

Considering, for example, that more people own illegal copies of it due to only wanting the bonus tracks, I'd say a Volume 2 isn't high on Capitol's priority list.

Even a consumer such as myself who bought Vol.1 transfered it onto two CD-R's, because that is simply a more convenient way of playing it, versus handling 16 separate discs.

How about releasing it as a two-disc set then?  Wink

They could still use nice packaging...

They could use sensible packaging!  Vol 1's okay, but faux sand? A booklet that contains no info?  The BBs set the standard years ago with the Good Vibes box but times have moved on.

I purchased the bonus tracks from the iTunes store.

Michael's left pocket thanks you for the two cents in royalties.  LOL

It was available as a 2-disc promo set, which I did purchase on amazon from a private seller for about $40.
