I'm looking to get a 20/20 LP, and I'm seeing two different versions. One is on the Capitol "Starline" label, and the other is just the regular black rainbow label. What exactly is the "Starline" label? Is this original or some kind of reiussue? Which pressing is most valuable from a collectors perspective, and which one sounds the best?

I believe the Starline is a reissue.  The funny thing is, I see the Starline issue around A LOT more than the original rainbow issue.  This may be an indicator that the album sold very poorly when it first came out, and then sales picked up later on (maybe when the Beach Boys had a bit of a comeback around 1974).

Mine is the Starline and is VERY quiet.

Awesome record though.
