Since were doing a "On this day" type thing, on Sunday last week I believe it was 18 years ago that Diane Sawyer did her interview with Brian and exposed Landy to be abusing his doctor / patient relationship.I think it was the 11th October 1991. Can't believe it was that long ago...

I hate most people on Youtube so so much.

I've gotten into so many pointless comment wars with dumb people on that site!

I try to avoid it nowadays - it's a hopeless fight in every case. Some of the dumbest fucking people you will ever come across seem to infest the site. I'm in awe each time I read through comments on just about any video.

There needs to be a short IQ test as part of the registration, I swear to God.

If that was the case with every site, there would most likely only be about two or three members.

I like the Beatles a bit more than the Boys of Beach, I think Brian's band is the tops---really amazing. And finally, I'm liberal. That's it.

Does anyone else immediate play the verse chords of GV when they near a piano? I can't help it. I'm in love with that progression.

Is this right? Ebm, Db, B, Bb

It has such a melancholy driftiness to it. As soon as the Bb appears it hypnotizes.

But if you transpose it up a half-step (Em - D - C - B) and take up the tempo, you've got "Walk Don't Run."

ZING!
