What album was this meant to be on? And who is doing the talking, Steve Kalinich? It's an interesting track.

It's on Stevie's recently released album A World Of Peace Must Come, recorded 1969.

I bought a cd that had that song on it a few years ago. I am not sure if it is a legal boot or not, so I won't say what it was on. It was under the Beach Boys.

It was a boot - the song was only released legally in October 2008. Aside from Brian producing and doing the backing track, there's no BB involvement.
