i think going to a gym is absurd so i have my own methods of maintaining a fit body
basically i do lots of stretches, sets up push ups, sets of crunches, then squats, and sometimes ride my bike
i'm 125lbs and 5'11" but i'm muscular in a skinny guy sort of way, and have little body fat
i'm also 95 years old, which probably makes me the oldest here, and i intend to live to 100 and then croak on my birthday to freak out my family
and to keep my mind in good shape i abstain from television and most film, and abstain from most popular music, don't read the news, don't read magazines, don't read fiction books, don't read non-fiction books, and question the source of every thought i have
i'd say i'm in great shape
