A few years ago one of the compilations had exclusive downloads (I think 3 different ones) depending on where you but the compilation from.  One of the downloads was from Best Buy, 409 live in Chicago 1965.  Does anyone remember what the other downloads were?

Thanks,
Matt

I got that one (409). And then I got three tracks from Live In London (WIBN GOK Sloop).

Was 409 the only new track that was available then?

I'm pretty sure there were more.  Could be wrong. I wanna say that one was from Borders and another from Target or Wal-Mart?  Not sure.  They were all live tracks.

Are you referring to the Hallmark CD Songs From Here & Back?  The one with a few oddly-sequenced live songs from the 1970's and late 80's?  The CD also including a truly dreadful re-recording of "Spirit of Rock & Roll", Al Jardine's shameless car-song rip-off "PT Cruiser" and Mike Love's (actually pretty good) "Cool Head, Warm Heart".

If my memory serves me right, I think this was The Warmth Of The Sun...each special edition had a download code that you could use to download the bonus track from itunes.  The CD itself was the same.

I think Petsite is referring to the U.S. Singles Collection Box Set which has the 409 live in Chicago track

Ah yes.  Did a little search of my collection.  I do indeed have these three songs.  They are simply tracks off the Live In London album...nothing too significant.

Warmth of the Sun came with a "Fun, Fun, Fun" Target exclusive download.  Supposedly it was from the Sacramento '64 shows and I've always wondered if it was just the same as the version on Concert.  Anyone know??

This sounds right...they were all Sacramento 64 songs.  Not sure if it was the same version as on Concert, but I think it wasn't.

Prior to that, though, it was available as one of the aforementioned downloadable bonus tracks packaged with the special WOTS CD's, that one from Best Buy.
