Speak for yourself! ... OK, and for me. I don't know anything outside of vodka and, how patronymics work and the fact that diminutives of people's names end in ya a lot of the time. And the latter ones just come from Dostoevsky translators' notes.

Wow that's a cool gig, though Brian looks terrified. I don't think they'd play too many shows with the audience so close & and in your face. Be interesting to see/hear the whole performance as the band is a "stripped down" version.  Notice Scott Bennett on drums too!

I know Scott was on drums in the stripped down (casino?) shows a while back, too ... last summer, maybe? I forget when. Also, is that Probyn playing bass? It certainly isn't Brett Simons.

Yes it is! It didn't even click to the fact that he was playing bass. Tallented bunch eh? haha

Band:

Scott Bennett - drums
Probyn Gregory - bass
Nick Walusko - guitar
Jeff Foskett - guitar
Darian Sahanaja - kb

I know this concert was shot, but I`m not sure that it will be easy to find.

Brian came to club.

He was in Moscow 5 days, but there are no information about his visit.

On a related note....the Beach Boys almost played in Leningrad, USSR back in 1978 with Santana as a co-headliner, but the gig was cancelled. The Iron Curtain was starting to shred in 1978 but it didn't rip yet.

Thanks for sharing the pic. Good to see Brian happy...  Smiley

And to all who still believe in the "cold war": Look, no soldiers pointing at Brian and Scott... ;-)
I believe Brian's home town, Chicago, is a lot more dangerous...  :-(

Brian sold his Chicago residence years ago.

Since it was a private show, there was no reason for publicity.
