In case anyone hasn’t spotted it, at the Barbican in London on April 29th is the WORLD PREMIERE of David Bedford’s arrangement of eight BB songs for orchestra and chorus. The eight songs are: Here Today, Disney Girls, California Girls, God Only Knows, I Get Around, Wouldn’t it be Nice, Sloop John B, Good Vibrations.

David Bedford, in case you have forgotten, is the renowned composer who was in the early Kevin Ayers band in the late 60s, orchestrated Tubular Bells and has composed many original works including the music for the film “The Killing Fields”. He is a lifelong Brian Wilson and BB fan.

I understand that some tickets are still available.
