So I was wondering if the visuals which were being shown behind Brian at the Luck Old Sun shows will be available somehow for the official release (aside from a recorded live performance).

Anyone have any ideas? I hear the visuals were as moving as the music.

I was thinking they could have a CD/DVD release, where you have the studio album on a normal CD, and then a DVD where the studio version is synched up with the visual presentation.  I certainly hope they figure out something, because like you said it seems like the visuals really add a lot to the whole experience.

I'm not sure whether the ambition is there, but I would love it if Lucky Old Sun became a Yellow Submarine-type animation, running for 50 minutes or so. Maybe with an autobiographical theme, or just a plot on a tangent somewhere. Maybe even mixing the animation with live figures, Mary Poppins-style. Just think it would be great. Not holding my breath... but if anyone reads this who could suggest such a thing, please do so !
