Every time you spell Smile as SMiLE, an angel's wings are forcibly torn off its body.

Haha, are you joeamaros?

Someone replied to your post, that's how I found it.

I've only heard Day In the Life of a Tree a few times before this, and the thought hit me as I was watching the video: this song is a perfect fit for modern Brian's voice. He should do it in concert.

I've thought this myself - the poignancy of it could be over-whelming.

I love that song.

Pretty cool little video, well paced--nice tempo ( I hate the modern standard of craming a barrage shots into my eyes...hurts my brain. Video is always secondary to audio! )

But the video reminds me why I left the asphalt jungle and moved out to the country.  Did wonders for my constitution.

yes, thats me! I love this song, one of my favorite from Surf's Up, I can easily listen to it over and over and over. The video is great...I really enjoyed it!

Thanks for the picture comment, I flipped when I saw the picture and had to make it into an avatar, easily my favorite photo!

Loved your video! The buildings springing up around the tree brought a lump to my throat. Well done, Sir!

Marty White made the video. And he'd like to make one for "This Whole World" or "Surf's Up".
Personally I'd like to see "At My Window" in video form. The lyrics are very visual and conjure up being a child again with sparrows landing at my 2nd floor bedroom window.Something I remember very vividly as a 10 year old LISTENING to "At My Window".That would be circa 1973.
