Luther, you should do another Beach Boys cover song.

I enjoyed Wendy/Cool Cool Water very much.

It'd be interesting to hear you guys take on a song like "Wake The World".

I just posted an old (solo) recording of "I'll bet he's nice" in the ...who make music area, if you're interested.

Slight digression - my wife and I picked songs that are not meant to be OUR theme, but that of our six-year old daughter, for whom I've picked out "Wonderful" (gentle & upbeat).  MY wife's choice for our daughter's theme was Lee Ann Womack's "I Hope You Dance" - OK enough but basically Nashville treacle.  I think my choice was better.  (FWIW my daughter's own current chosen theme song is the Who's "Girls Eyes" (arranged by the Breetles). She thinks it's about her eyes).

BB song of my current life?

Easy. "I Just Wasn't Made For These Times." It's literally a bio for me. :D

Actually, it isn't literally a bio for you.

Maybe the first 20 seconds of California Girls.   For so many years that was the first song of every concert.  I used to get off so strong on that..........the band would walk out, the lights would come up, the crowd would cheer and they would launch into that intro....
it was a feeling of pure joy.......

"Our Life, Our Love, Our Land" DEFINETELY!

I was struggling to think who it was that Mike reminds me of in this picture, and it's just come to me.  Grandpa Munster in 'The Munsters' original TV show!    Wink
