Rank the Tracks #11.5 SMiLE

I notice there wasn't a Rank the Tracks thread for SMiLE, which I guess makes sense when it was all differently arranged boots but now that there's an official release and general understanding of the basic tracks, I think this is long overdue.

Tier 1 are on my shortlist for the best songs ever written, like in my all-time top 10.
Tier 2 are the ones I listen to frequently as individual tracks
Tier 3 mightve been much higher if completed, as is it's hard to rate them in their unfinished states but still great.
Tier 4 are the weak spots, still incredibly good but definitely first on the chopping block if you have to cut something to fit an album length or include GV.

Songs in parentheses ( ) are not standalone tracks or wouldn't have been included but these are where I'd put them if they were.

1. Child is Father of the Man (especially the Odeon mix but even Brian's test edit with vocals can go here)
2. Cabin Essence
3. Surf's Up (pretty much any version)

4. Wind Chimes
5. Heroes and Villains (Cantina Edit or similar mixes)
6. Wonderful (Version 1)
7. Vega-Tables

8. Do You Like Worms
9. Look
10. Fire
(Prayer)

11. Love to Say Dada
(You're Welcome)
12. Old Master Painter
13. Barnyard Suite (whether this is IIGS, BY, IWBA, WS individually or in any combo the answer is the same)
14. Holidays
