Hey guys. I've been mostly a ghost in the SmileySmile-sphere for a while now, and only just now remembered I had started this thread quite a while ago.
Many thanks for all of you chiming in here, I appreciate it. I got my copy in the meantime, my dad gave it to me for Christmas last year. I have so little for stuff these days I still haven't gotten around to reading it. But it sure is a handsome volume.
