The Wall Lifetime Music Guarantee

Does anyone know if FYE locations (or preferably the Party City location that replaced The Wall at 201 W Lincoln Highway, Exton PA 19341) honor The Wall Lifetime Music Guarantee? Most of my CDs are A-OK but one of my stickered tapes bit the dust relatively recently. I mean, yeah, Digital Empire 1 on cassette is long gone I'd assume but would they assess a value in credit or have me arrested for being hopelessly out of touch with reality? Not that serious but not really joking either. I can't imagine the business impact of assuming responsibility for that guarantee.
