Smile content... VDP says that what he and Brian had in common is that they were raised on low-church hymns.

It's no mystery why Parks' verbal skills impressed BW at the party at Terry Melcher's house a gazillion years ago.   Even at 77, VDP is a very chatty, articulate guy.
