Found this interesting.  I clicked through quickly and saw no Beatles or Beach Boys albums, however #55. 'Pacific Ocean Blue' by Dennis Wilson & #6. 'Brian Wilson Presents SMiLE' by Brian Wilson.

I might respect this list more if 5 of the Top 10 weren't by Led Zeppelin. Nothing against them, but geesh...talk about overkill.

It's a lame list.  Their methodology was screwy, as it appears they simply did a data dump of scores for "albums" with 7 or more reviews in the Metacritic database and then disqualified anything classified as a box set or compilation.  Pet Sounds, Revolver, Rubber Soul aren't in the database and were thus ineligible.  Sgt Pepper and What's Going On are in the Metacritic database with 100 perfect scores... but only as Deluxe Editions which where then apparently disqualified from the ranking on the basis of being compilations.   Lame.

I agree that the list is goofy, but thought it was cool that POB and BWPS were on it.

Yeah, that's VERY cool - just illogical that those two are there but Pet Sounds and other classic BBs albums aren't.
