Visited Lake Arrowhead last week (though was not fortunate enough to trip on the beach and piece together Smile's genesis
), and took the ferry tour around the Lake. As I wondered which (if any) one of the homes on the Lake belong to Brian, the guide announced "
over there, you can see - in red lettering - the words 'California Girls.' (I think on his dock. I didn't actually see that.)
That home belongs to none-other-than Beach Boys legend Brian Wilson." Pretty cool. No, I didn't check to see if anyone was home.
Beautiful area, but boy are those roads tough to navigate up there!
