Just had to share this.  I usually post between tasks at work.  Tonight, after 4 beers, after "improving" the sound system in my 64 Impala Convertable, out in the garage, memorabilia alit, not a discouraging word to be heard, I turned on the car stereo and tried out the new system with a variety of Beachboys material.  Folks, I've got to tell you, with the trunk, hood, and both doors open, top down, the garage closed, it was a beautiful sight and sound.  The car and the entire building reverberated and levitated with the sounds of everything from I Get Around to Til I Die.   I think this is the way the Boys were meant to be heard and seen.    I don't think I would even need the engine.   Just go out and turn on the stereo in the 64 convertible.   My own little piece of BeachBoys heaven.

Just had to share that with someone.  Going back out there now.

Love and Mercy to you all this Friday Night
