Blondie Chaplin just posted that Steve Fataar passed away. He was 76.
He had played a gig, went home and passed away in his sleep.

To sum it up, they blew it, they blew it consistently, they continue to blow it, it is tragic and this pathological problem caused The Beach Boys' greatest music to be so underrated by the general public.

COMMENT:  Steve Fataar . . . many fond memories of being with him and the Flame both in the studio and goofing around LA. What a talent! So sorry to hear of his passing, but glad to know it was peaceful. My deepest and heartfelt condolences and prayers to his family and many fans. Rest in peace my friend. ~Steve D.

RIP Steve. I really need to go listen to my Flames album.

Other than Mike's many sibs, there any other living siblings of BBs members?
