Funny how the tempo drops a bit each year (probably closer towards that of the recorded version).

There is a certain something that's lost as you get toward the "Session musician years". The garage-y feel of the earlier performances of any band often seem more pleasurable to me Smiley

I absolutely love Sloop John B., incredible production, but I find most of their live versions of that song a little meh.

Good to see Dennis on the drums in that 1983 snippet.
