Does anyone inadvertently copy The BBs' stage presence/movements?

Sometimes when playing guitar, I find myself rocking/bouncing back and forth the way Carl used to do when he would play live. Probably comes from having watched lots of footage of Carl playing, and his style got into my head.
Curious to know if anyone else has had a similar experience with stage moves from a BBs member rubbing off (inadvertently or not) on someone else.
Also, I'm sure some famous bands have had people who have sort of copied the moves of BB members. I'm guessing the cool look of Denny probably would be the most common.
And I'm sure somewhere there's a frontman or two non-ironically copying Mike's moves too.
Brian's moves (what little footage we have of him playing back in the day) were never much for showmanship, but one wonders if someone watching The Lost Concert DVD got Brian's slightly awkward moves into their head, and started copying them too.

This is from the autobiography of Jonathan King. At this early point in his career he had just elbowed his way into a group called the Bumblies:
"I thought in gimmicks. I wore thigh-length leather boots and elbow-length black gloves and I pranced about like Super Fairy, or, as it was meant to be, like Mike Love of the Beach Boys."

Yes all of Mikes moves. The spin in Surfin Safari, the Vibe hands, the mic lift at the start of Fun,fun, fun just to name a few. I also love seeing Brian mimic Mikes moves in concert especially during Good Vibrations. Mike was such a great entertainer.

& during

Isn't easy. Took many tries.

Mike Love’s chicken dance...
Mike Love’s homeless cowboy beard...
Mike Love’s ‘Marooned On Island With Volleyball’ look...*not stage presence but it wouldn’t surprise me if he wore something like this on stage at some point...*

Rab, is that OSD in the Chicken costume?

And production aside, I’d so much rather hear a 14 year old David Marks shred some guitar on Chug-a-lug than hear a 51 year old Mike Love sing about bangin some chick in a swimming pool.-rab2591

I'm not a Jimmy Fallon fan, but he did a pretty good, funny job of doing circa '64 Mike Love here:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ynKqgo-x780
Fallon's movements are obviously exaggerated, but you can tell he actually studied some old footage. Whereas, everybody else in the band isn't really doing anything but dressing up in a BB costume. In particular, Kevin Bacon doing a "version" of Brian with his bass slung down to his crotch is of course totally off. The other three guys are trying with clearly no research/knowledge, etc.
Fallon has done several "First Drafts of Rock and Roll" that are some of the only funny bits he's done (in my opinion) including a Bob Seger bit that's pretty hilarious.

I've never understood Fallon's appeal. I remember that BB parody because they showed a snippet of it at a Mike and Bruce (and David) show I attended in 2015. But all they did was repeat "hamburger stand" over and over.

Here's a slight twist on the op. Does anybody find themselves trying to fit in Carl's "Walkin', talkin', be bop a lu la" improve that he would do, into
every
version of "Good Vibrations", regardless of when it was actually performed/recorded?

Outside of a few of the BBs, Foskett has always been the main guy that often repetitively used various vocalizations/ticks from old BB (or his own) variations.
He occasionally interjected a bit of the old BB arrangement bits into Brian's shows (it may only be apocryphal that some of the other people in the band were not fans of that). Stuff like the "keep dreamin' 'bout Darlin'" backing vocal line at the end of "Darlin'."
A lot of his bits often aggravated me, like that falsetto thing he would always do at the end of "California Girls." Uggh.

I mimic Mike Love's various gestures from old '60s song live shows we see, but to mock him I deliberately scramble them (so they make no sense), as if Mike Love himself got them out of sequence with a lyric he was singing then. You'd be interested at how well this works among the right company. But I imagine others so inclined do similarly

And interestingly, C50 and later era Brian solo shows used the a capella ending for "Darlin'" that Al had devised in 1999 for his "Family & Friends" band. I'm curious if Al suggested that on C50.
