This is the only one I know of, but there may easily be more. According to Badman's caption,
"The new line-up poses for a Fender Guitars promo shot at the studio in Baambrugge,
Holland, with drummer Ricky Fataar switching convincingly to pedal steel guitar."

To sum it up, they blew it, they blew it consistently, they continue to blow it, it is tragic and this pathological problem caused The Beach Boys' greatest music to be so underrated by the general public.

Great! Thank you, sir.

While that's the Holland console, the footage was actually shot by Billy Hinsche at Brother in Santa Monica

That's a Fender Blondie is playing?  What kind?

A Starcaster, according to this site:

It also explains Carl playing that Dan Armstrongish thing.

Hmm.  Not sure if it is a Starcaster, as those weren't made until 1976.  It could be a prototype, I guess, or a Coronado-Starcaster hybrid of some sort.

How about this?

"This is Blondie Chaplin playing a wild "in-the-middle" Coro/Starcaster prototype...a Coro with Starcaster ideas on it."

Elsewhere it's described as "a Staronado mash-up":
