I only recently discovered what appears to be an offical Capitol Records BB message board:

http://thebeachboys.forumsunlimited.com/

What's your opinion of this board?  Do you read or post messages there?

I'm signed up, but I don't think I've ever posted there.

I have to wonder why an official BB message board is not better known than it is.

..I think an important point is 'community'..we have had the fortune of a familiar gathering on this board, with many ideas and opinions, and some feathers even get ruffled..but it is a community feel, and few message boards can boast about that. It drives home the point about how lucky we are on this site......

Maybe it's overly-moderated?

I think I am registered there for a year or 1 1/2 years and posted a little in the beginning, than stopped, but now I started again after the update and after some other guys have registered like AGD, Charles, etc. The people are nice imo but to get really deep into the Beach boys-topic this is not the right place. There's a site called smileysmile.net or something; that's a good one... Cool

a diseased bunch of mo'fos if there ever was one… their beauty is so awesome that listening to them at their best is like being in some vast dream cathedral decorated with a thousand gleaming American pop culture icons.

PRO SHOT BEACH BOYS CONCERTS - LIST

To sum it up, they blew it, they blew it consistently, they continue to blow it, it is tragic and this pathological problem caused The Beach Boys' greatest music to be so underrated by the general public.
