Good grief! A few, he says...

I do have iTunes but hardly ever resort to it these days.

I see now I have eight Gary Numan albums on it but all my BB albums are on CD or vinyl...

I have pretty much everything that has ever seen the light of day....on my hard drive. I use media player. I don't use "i" ANYTHING. Despise Apple with the burning  fury of 1000 suns.

I refuse to buy their phones or laptops, but iTunes is just really convenient.  Plus, I'm obsessed with keeping track of how many times I've played each song.  LOL

Not iTunes, but this is my BB collection on my PC (about 18gb, even though it is pretty barren). Solo albums are in a separate folder. Working on adding live stuff.

I have to say that no matter how big my digital library gets, nothing and I mean NOTHING compares to listening to a Vinyl record, especially the likes of The Beach Boys and The Beatles. Cool Guy

I only prefer to have one copy of each song on my phone, so my list is definitely a lot shorter than most of these!

Add Some Music (Alternate Sunflower Double Album)
Adult Child (Alt)
All Summer Long (Alt)
Salute NASCAR ("Pasadena" and "Little GTO" only)
Beach Boys Concert ("Long Tall Texan", "Monster Mash", and "Papa-Oom-Mow-Mow" only)
The Beach Boys Today! (Alt)
Christmas Album (Alt)
Beach Boys' Party (Alt)
Break Away (Alternate 20/20)
California Feeling (Late '70s bootlegs)
Ecology (Some 1974 material)
Endless Harmony (Alternate Keepin' the Summer Alive)
The Fabulous Beach Boys! (Early garage tapes)
The Fading Rock Group Revival ("When Girls Get Together" instrumental and "The Lord's Prayer" only)
Friends (Alt)
Fun, Fun, Fun (Alternate Shut Down Volume II)
Getcha Back (Alternate Beach Boys 1985)
Live at Knebworth ("You Are So Beautiful" only)
Group Therapy (Alternate 15 Big Ones made up primarily of original material)
Holland (Alt)
L.A. Light Album (Alt)
Landlocked (Alternate Surf's Up)
Lei'd in Hawaii (Studio outtakes only)
Little Deuce Coupe ("Be True to Your School" and "Cherry Cherry Coupe")
Love You (Alt)
Made in California (Rarities only)
Merry Christmas from the Beach Boys (Alt)
Pet Sounds (Alt)
SMiLE (Alt)
The Smile Sessions
Smiley Smile (Alt)
So Tough (Alt)
Still Cruisin' (Alt)
Summer Days (And Summer Nights!!) (Alt)
Summer in Paradise (Alt)
Summer's Gone (Alternate TWGMTR)
Surfer Girl (Alt)
Surfin' Safari (Alt)
Surfin' USA (Alt)
Wild Honey (Alt)
Winds of Change (Alternate MIU Album)
15 Big Ones (Alt)

So pretty much every single studio album has been altered in some way!

Well, I ask you to forgive me for my newbie status... I'm pretty new to the BB's and i'm going (mostly) in chronological order, so at the moment I've only got the studio albums from 1962-1977, plus the Smile Sessions and Smile 2004 on my iTunes.

Playlists include:

-Pre-Pet Sounds (studio albums 1962-1965)
-Pet Sounds
-Smiley Smile
-Post-Smiley Smile (studio albums 1967-1977)
-The Smile Sessions
-Smile 2004

Currently on a ...Love You listening binge.

However, I'm more proud of my modest but ever-growing BB/BW vinyl collection (17 albums in total, the most recent acquisitions being ...Love You, Shut Down V.2 and Surfer Girl, just last weekend). I'd post a pic but I can't seem to quite figure out how to embed images on here yet  LOL

Zero, because I don't use itunes. (I'm all about the Winamp. Whip that llama's ass!!)

However, I do have roughly 67 hours of Beach Boys and BBs-related material on my computer, not counting live shows and SMiLE mixes.

Well thats a coincidence as I put same post up on my FB page just yesterday ! Spooky...
This is the current batch sitting in my iTunes files, but God Only Knows how long and much space it would take if I uploaded the 100+ discs still sitting in the cupboard. However, I have enough trouble choosing out of these which ones to play...

My iTunes library is pretty light, mostly just the essentials.

I like old school Winamp too. Besides, it's got function to show the number of plays per song as well.

Gotta say, although I definitely prefer the original album cover for Holland, the alternate international cover with the power socket is equally interesting!
