Very well said. It always seems to be the Wilson's drugs, Brian's handlers, Al's attitude problem that caused the problems according to Mike. Wish he could be more open. Mike has a reputation as a straight shooter...it's easy to shoot straight when it's about someone else.  Not so much about yourself.  The C50 Mike ( until the end) was truly admirable and there was so much good will. They were so close to having an unthinkable really big comeback , altering some things in their legacy for the good and it slipped away again right at the end. Not all Mike's fault, but the fallout since has not been handled on his part.

I just want to salute Century and HeyJude for their thoughtful, scholarly postings--more of that will sustain the excellence of this board as a meaningful resource.
