This is an observation I made:
A lot of people know that "Be my Baby" by The Ronettes is Brian Wilson's favorite song.  However there was a Jan & Dean song that Brian helped write called "She"s my summer girl" that came out as the B-side to Surf city BEFORE "Be my Baby" came out.    "She"s my summer girl" sounds very similar in my mind.  A song that sounds similar to that is "I Love the Way You Love" by Marv Johnson that came out in 1960. This is a interesting observation I made.

I can't hear the similarities with Be My Baby, but She's My Summer Girl sounds like a complete rip-off of I Love The Way You Love.
